Thanks for your interest in joining one of our walks. We’re delighted that you’re here! We’re keen to ensure that we provide an exceptional experience for all participants. Your answers to the following questions will help us do that.

Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll be asked to schedule a call with us, which gives us all the opportunity to meet and ensure there’s a great fit for the group.

Upon being offered a place, you’ll be asked to pay a US$500 deposit to secure it, with the balance due within 30 days.

We cover an average of 12 m / 20 km per day over a variety of terrain including mud, rock, and streams, in all weather.

Do you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or food preferences we should know about?

Our accommodations involve shared rooms (typically 2-4 people). In some cases, bathing facilities will be communal, but gender-separated. Japanese cultural norms dictate that no clothes, including bathing suits, are worn in these spaces. While facilities are generally clean and well-maintained, privacy is limited. Are you comfortable with these arrangements?
